SL’s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

Topping
1/2 cup Salted Butter, melted
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar


Vanilla Ice Cream

How to make it

350 degrees
9×13 baking dish
Peaches and sugar in baking dish, 5/6 peaches, 1/4 cup sugar.
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, salt, until like cookie dough. Put scoops of
mixer over peaches, messy better.
Bake 30 minutes, juicy, bubbly.
if it’s not getting juicy enough add more butter.
Sprinkle top with turbinado sugar, bake other 1o minutes, then finish under broiler
until golden brown and crunchy.
Let stand for 30 minutes, serve with vanilla ice cream.
